  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 2 Parsley stalks – finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Balsamic Vinegar 

Honey & Mustard:

  • 3 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Wholegrain Mustard
  • 2 tbsp. Honey

Lemon & Balsamic:

  • Juice of ½ Lemon
  • 2 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
