BANANA AND WATERMELON SMOOTHIE

 

Serves 1

 

Ingredients:

  • 250g Watermelon
  • 1 banana
  • Handful of frozen berries
  • 3 tbsp. Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. Frozen yogurt
  • 1 tsp. Chia seeds

 

Method:

1.     Add all the ingredients to a blender (watermelon first).

2.     Pour into a glass and enjoy!
