Serves 1



  • 30g Quinoa
  • 250ml Almond milk
  • 10-20g Oats
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds


  • Watermelon
  • Yogurt
  • Peanut Butter
  • ½ Banana
  • Blueberries
  • Apple
  • Walnuts


1.     In a saucepan, add your quinoa and 150ml of almond milk. Keep on a medium heat for 10-15 or until all the quinoa has absorbed the milk. Keep an eye on the saucepan and stir every now and again to prevent it from sticking.

2.     Then add the oats, chia seeds and 100ml of almond milk.

3.     Keep stirring until the porridge has reached the consistency you like (you can always add more milk).

4.      Pour into a bowl and add your toppings: watermelon, yogurt, blueberries, peanut butter. Then grate some of your apple on the top with the walnuts. Enjoy!
