CARROT CAKE PORRIDGE
I always get asked about this recipe, many of my friends think it’s strange to add carrots to your breakfast. But you won’t regret making this one! (promise)
- 40g Oats
- 200ml Coconut milk
- ½ Grated carrot
- 1 tspn. Cinnamon
- Peanut butter
- Desiccated coconut
1. In a saucepan, put all the ingredients and mix well.
2. Keep on a medium heat until you reach the consistency that your happy with. You can always add more milk if you prefer runny porridge.
3. Add the yogurt, blueberries, peanut butter, walnuts and coconuts on the top, and voila! Enjoy!
